The day after the EU referendum and slightly more than half the country have voted to leave the EU while just under half the country have chosen to remain. The result is everyone is falling out with their friends. Well done politics - you must be very proud.
Daisy is blissfully unaware of all this and so are the clouds and the blue skies. The ancient castle walls have seen it all before. Bloodier and greater conflicts have played out beneath these shattered walls where men have died fighting for the ego of politicians and kings and their remains stand in solemn monument to man's folly and self-importance.

It is also "bring your dog to work day" which means business as usual for a home-worker like me. Daisy was a bit worried by the thunder though... Humans and dogs share a planet but live in very different worlds of what's scary and what's important.
