It's been a while since I saw a sunrise from the beach. Up at 5:30 for a 6:29 sunrise and I found myself by the boats in Newton Haven as the sun came over the horizon. Right place, right time, a bit of luck, a bit of planning...

The sea fret rolls in during warm weather and can spoil the summer sunshine for the casual sun-bather. The myriad of fine droplets can give their own beauty to the micro-landscapes for the photographer to find (even for spider-phobic photographers!)
