Look the other way

8th July10, Craster to Dunstanburgh Castle, 8am

It's Craster lifeboat day this weekend hence the bunting.

Let's look the other way and see what can be seen inland...

Dry stane dyke up close. The dyke is made of boulders brought to the coast by a glacier 10,000 years ago. There's quite a mixture of geology to be seen in the shades and textures.


Dry stane dyke meandering across the landscape towards stormy clouds building up over the Cheviots...
