It's nice that the days are stretching out already and it's still daylight at 4pm. And it's a very special type of daylight.
I walked up the beach which slowly slipped into the shadows as the sun set behind the dunes.
When I climbed up the dunes I caught the last colour of the sunset and I was struck by the simplicity of this little tree on the horizon.
I left the taller trees in the frame to give the option of cropping them out later on but I quite like them there.
