7th March 2023, Howick, 8am
A brief return to wintry weather this week.
I keep returning to wave portraits whenever the wavelight catches my eye.
This morning I was there at low tide so I had to tip-toe across the low rocks to get close to the waves.
Every wave is different and offers a different composition.
I stayed there as the sun came and went and until my fingers were too cold to press the camera button.
A wee bit of spring snow won't do them any harm...
A different view of Dunstanburgh castle from south of Howick with the bathing house and more of those fine waves.
