revolting

1st September 2020, Howick, 7am

Our morning walks are getting closer to sunrise.
The light is gentle across the land and sea
The air is crisp and fresh.

Not 100 yards away
some clarty party campers
sit amongst their own litter.
Hungover and unappreciative

1st September 2020, Buston, 11am

They’ve recently closed the beach road to cars but the landowner can’t stop me and my bike because it’s a bridleway.

A field margin sewn with wild flowers for pollinators and winter bird food. These sunflowers are fab.

There's loads more still to come into flower.  I may return...
