This video is my contribution to Remembrance Sunday. I wrote this song called "A Letter Home" from the perspective of a wee Glasgow man posted to Northumberland at a time when there was a very real threat of invasion. This now peaceful beach was criss-crossed with barbed wire and closed to the public. To this day the concrete tank traps on Embleton Bay bear graffiti written by the soldiers in 1940.
