We've had 3 storms A, B and now C.
The latest one coincided with a high tide and has eroded the dunes a bit here and there. Experience tells me they'll recover.
Most of the beach is the same as it was but one stretch that is normally sandy, is now rocky and stony (and quite hard to run on!)

It's been a grim week or more of weather. Floods everywhere and the sea angry all along the coast.
On a brighter note, the autumn colours are glorious this year.

A lovely run up and down the coast. At high tide I'm glad of the coastal path.
