It was too hot to hang about in bed so I hopped on the bike at 6:15am and whizzed down to the beach enjoying the cool morning air.
The beach was beautiful and I paused for coffee and a jammy sarnie before heading along to Warkworth and back up the hill (which was very hot by 8am!)
