tis the season

 14th September 25, Warkworth, 6:30am

'Tis the start of sunrise season and my body knows it.  I was woken by my own senses at 5:45.  Perfect time to get to the beach for sunrise.

Nice to have the camera with me too. Although the phone does pretty well for me, I'll always prefer a proper camera (even a wee one).  There's a mix of both here.

Coquet Island doing the "floating island" thing in the cold morning air.

ups and downs

 18th August, Cragside, 4pm

A late afternoon wander around Cragside on an interesting rocky path I've not walked before.

Henry loved it but Hattie was a bit fed up of the ups and downs...

uninspiringly beautiful

 12th August, Howick, 5pm

It's been a long dry summer of beautiful weather.  I don't want to seem ungrateful but it's been fairly uninspiring photographically so I'm posting these after a long gap.
