The gorse is quite stunning - it's warm yellow clambering over hillsides and crags. Beautiful up close too.

A lovely bright afternoon - Daisy enjoyed a runabout with Stan the lurcher and they both came back with tongues lolling and grazes on their knees. Lurchers are too fast for their own good sometimes.
We pottered among the rocks and admired the patterns.

Hi Andy!
I know the acorn barnacles from my favourite vacation island Sylt as well. There they populate the older wooden or newer steel groynes nose to tail and don't form such nice patterns.
Have a great Sunday,
Uwe.
