calm morning

A beautiful warm morning with scarcely a breeze. Embleton burn was like a mirror where it pauses at a sinuous pool before dropping finally into the sea.

These footprints intrigued me - surely they aren't human? If they are, those must be seriously uncomfortable shoes!
