I first explored this route down to the beach 2 years ago in lockdown. Seven km down the hill to the beach and then 7km back up the hill home.18th April 2022, Embleton Bay, 8am

Two beach walks today - this view could be either.
10th April 2022, Stag Rock, 11am
Sometimes the sea comes from a certain angle and the bigger waves fill a rock pool hidden on top of stag rock. From there the water cascades down a waterfall until it runs out.
A few moments after the wave the trickle turns briefly into an impressive torrent.

It was gone in a few minutes when the warm sun came out.
