Between Holy Island and Bamburgh sits Budle Bay. A vast expanse of sand and inaccessible wildlife reserve. From the top of the dunes looking North, it's a landscape on a grand scale.

Early start for the weekend. That familiar combination of dull skies and sparkling seas. We've had very calm weather of late but I'm sure the wind and waves will pick up soon.
