Very still, calm morning at Newton Haven. There are some activities that you would expect early on a Sunday morning. Dog-walking, photography, fishing trips... all of these were happening in the peace and quiet of the shore. Around half past 7 a family of excited kids descended on to the beach with much hootin' and hollerin'. I'm guessing they'd arrived yesterday, late on and the kids had probably been up since 6 and couldn't wait to get to the beach. The peace was gone but the beach is for everyone.
