Just a quick walk to the woods today. The footpath through these woods is impassable in the summer with nettles and brambles so it's nice that this growth has died back again.
Daisy has an endearing way of staring through a gate. I think she thinks she is hidden from view. Today she was watching the cows which roam across these fields. Every local I know keeps well away from them so this was the end of our walk and our turning point for home.
