not thinking

How pleasant to be beside a field full of flowers, with plenty of time to just lie on the ground composing photographs. 

Here and now I'm thinking about nothing but the natural scene in front of me and how to make a nice photograph from the infinite possibilities. 

For me, moments like this combine photography with mindfulness and give my head a break from all the usual stuff we all worry about.
