eyes peeled

 5th October 2020, Buston, 3pm

Observation is an important thing in photography. Sometimes it's a methodical searching process to find the best combination of components to make up the perfect photograph (the foreground, the leading line, the background subject). At other times it's a rapid response to the world around you. It's about seeing the photograph and quickly reacting and capturing The Moment.

The sunlight was blowing up the beach in fleeting patches. What caught my eye was the light on the grasses and waves and it lasted only a few seconds.

Later as Daisy wandered past the puddles her perfect reflection lasted only as long as the speed she was walking.

Natural shapes in the dunes complimented by one of my own making.

Does my bum look big in this?
