wave watching

14th May 2020, Warkworth, 7am

Lockdown has been lifted slightly in England which means I can definitely, legitimately drive to the beach now.  (previously it was open to speculation!)

I love to photograph waves.  From up in the dunes it's all about shimmering light and patterns...

...From sea level it's all about timing to capture the momentary flash of green 'wavelight' and the spray sparkling in the morning sun.

Interesting erosion of the rocks on the wee headland.

Daisy's sore paw means she only wants one walk a day and this morning she had her pain killer at 5:30am with half a breakfast and she definitely was quite spritely on the beach and up in the dunes.
