Sea Pink or Thrift. A gorgeous sight when it appears at this time of year and then all the way through the summer.
I've read this morning that in Gaelic thrift is known as tonna chladaich, meaning 'beach wave'. I like that.
Daisy was in a less energetic mood than yesterday...
