pace of life

3rd July 2020, Buston, 8am

This is the first time I've found a live starfish.  He was moving around the seaweed very slowly.  

It was pleasant to slow down to his pace of life for a few moments.

Meanwhile this big lummox was running around the beach like a puppy.  It's nice to see her back to life.
